ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that his application for surveying his land has not been considered, has filed this writ petition. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the applications for survey are being considered on seniority basis and that the petitioner's application would be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent / Tahsildar to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2023 and to take a decision, on merits and in accordance with Survey and Boundaries Act, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the objectors, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
There shall be no order as to costs.
