ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to deal with the complaint submitted by the petitioner on 18.09.2021 and to proceed further as per the Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was shown as a nominee in two fixed deposits and in spite of the same, the amount has been paid to someone else. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made a complaint before the first respondent. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal 2/4
with the complaint submitted by the petitioner on 18.09.2021 as per the Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006 and convey the decision to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
