ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.8537/2019/A5 dated 01.10.2019 and to direct the first respondent to confirm the tender in favour of the petitioner herein in pursuant to the tender conducted on 30.09.2019, within a stipulated time.

2. According to the petitioner, he was the highest bidder in the tender conducted by the first respondent on 30.09.2019. However, instead of issuing tender acceptance in favour of the petitioner, the first respondent cancelled the tender conducted on 30.09.2019 and issued the impugned proceedings calling for fresh tender. Hence, this writ petition.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on both sides would submit that when the writ petition came for admission on 17.10.2019, this Court had granted an interim order and based on the same, the shop was allotted to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
