This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere the matrimonial dispute in family court jurisdiction regarding the restitution of conjugal rights, pending before the Family Court, Madurai, in H.M.O.P.No.935 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondent police. 3.On the complaint lodged by the third respondent petition enquiry is pending, before the second respondent, as against the petitioner. Admittedly, there are family dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and so many proceedings are pending before the family Court.
