1 and 2 herein to take appropriate steps and to issue positive direction to the respondents 3 and 4 herein to accept the tuition fees payable by the petitioner Rs.74,000/- by adjusting the amount already paid by the petitioner Rs.88,000/- out of Rs.1,62,000/- for the final year tuition fees in Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogi Sciences Course (BNYS), without insisting / demanding any other excess amount from the petitioner by violating the fees structure norms fixed by the University on the basis of the petitioner's representation made before them by RPAD dated 30.08.2024.

ORDER

Despite the notice served to the respondents and their name is also printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of them. 2.According to the petitioner, she joined in Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogi Sciences (BNYS) in the respondents 3 and 4 and so far, she has paid a sum of Rs.1,62,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Sixty Two Thousand Only) per year from 2019 till 2023 and apart from that she has paid a sum of Rs.88,000/- (Rupees Eighty Eight Thousand Only) as tuition fees. Now, the petitioner is in final year. The respondents 3 and 4 are demanding extra fees in addition to the fees fixed by the University. She is also not permitted to write examinations. 2/4

Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 30.08.2024 to the respondents 1, 2 and 4. Since the same has not been considered so far, she has filed this Writ Petition.

3.It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has been permitted to write examinations. However, he seeks a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to demand any additional fees other than the fees fixed by the University. 4.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner and the respondents have also not appeared before this Court, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to ensure that no additional fees are demanded from the students other than the fees fixed by the University in this regard. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
