ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb as claimed in representation dated 27.08.2024 on the file of the third respondent police.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the private respondent had filed a suit in O.S.No.559 of 2005 and after full pledged trail, the suit came to be dismissed and that since the private respondent is interfering with the possession, the petitioner lodged the complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.511of 2024 and in the enquiry the private respondent has submitted that he will not interfere with the petitioner's possession and will not create any issue, and on that basis the petitioner has given statement that no further action is required. Recording the same the complaint was ordered to be closed.

4.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. In case, if the private respondent continues interference, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the second respondent and the second respondent shall take action taking note of the judgment passed by the competent civil Court.
