This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul expedite the trial in C.C.No.433 of 2013 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, is directed to expedite the trial, in C.C.No.433 of 2013, and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to appear on all hearing before the trial Court.
4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
