ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to issue a No objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA ie., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Ever Green Life Kerala Ayurvudam Treatment & SPA" at Door No.209, Ever Gold Complex, Karikaddu, Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 14.08.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the representation given by the petitioner is pending before the first respondent and the first respondent may be directed to consider the same.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.08.2024 and pass orders within a 2/4
period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
