PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to conduct survey and fix the boundary stones in respect of the petitioner's property comprised Patta No.622, S.F. No.63/1, 63/7 of an totally 57 cents situated at Muthuramalingapuram Village, Thirusuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2023.

The petitioner, with a grievance that his application for conducting survey in S.F.Nos.63/1 and 63/7 situated at Muthuramalingapuram Village, Thirusuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, has not been considered, has filed the present writ petition.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has failed to pay the required fee and therefore, his application has not been considered.

3. However, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has paid the required fee. 2/4

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to conduct survey in S.F.Nos.63/1 and 63/7 situated at Muthuramalingapuram Village, Thirusuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
