This Writ Petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to enable the willing employees workman contract workman staff officers and other managerial personnel and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

This Court, vide order dated 16.10.2019, passed the following orders :- ''There shall be an interim direction to the first respondent to give police protection to the petitioner's company to ensure that there is free ingress and egress of men and materials and vehicles and no law and order problem is created near the factory premises of the petitioner. If any strike/agitation is conducted by the Union, the same shall be permitted 200 metres away from the factory premises of the petitioner.

2.Accordingly, the first respondent providing police protection to the petitioner premises in question and directed to continue the same till the completion of conciliation proceedings pending before the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Madurai. 3.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
