This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the present petitioners under the guise of inquiry relating to a civil dispute based on the representation, dated 22.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was ordered to be closed. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
