Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents.

2. A request was made through video conferencing by Mr.H.Mohammed Imran, learned counsel for the petitioner, to withdraw the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. Any liberty which the petitioner has, is always retained with him in the Writ Petition.
