ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry in D.No. 163/2023, dated 09.01.2023, against the Respondent 2, 3 and 4 as per the Opinion of the Sitting Counsel of this High Court Legal Services Committee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, which was forwarded to the 1st respondent, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that enquiry proceedings has been initiated against the respondents 2 to 4 and it would be completed within a period of four weeks.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order, as submitted. There shall be no order as to costs.
