To call for the records relating to the judgment passed in S.C.No.74 of 2019, dated on 25.04.2022 by the Learned Sessions Judge, Karur and to set-aside the same and acquit the appeal / accused from the charge levelled against the petitioner. [Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram, vide order dated 25.04.2022 in S.C.No.74 of 2019, he has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is withdrawing this criminal miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
