This petitioner with a grievance that his complaint, dated 10.07.2025 has not been acted upon by the respondent police, has approached this Court.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that petitioner is doing a Real Estate Business along with the third respondent herein and he is having some issue with him that he has removed the fencing in the petitioner's property. The complaint of this petitioner was enquired by the respondent Police by registering the same as a petition enquiry in CSR No.257 of 2025, dated, 01.07.2025 and the same was closed on 05.07.2025, by advising the parties to approach the appropriate Forum. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the 2/4

respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
