This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.162 of 2012. 2.This Court, by order, dated 06.12.2021 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.162 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further one month time to dispose of the said case.

CRL OP(MD). No.19237 of 2021 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, one month time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.162 of 2012 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
