2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10263 of 2025 dated 26.06.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
