ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11064 of 2025 dated 01.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the condition No.(d).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly, however, they are having objections to allow this petition.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11064 of 2025 dated 01.07.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police weekly once on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
