ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2025 to convene Peace Committee Meeting to resolve the issue regarding the worship of temple Bama-Rukmani between the petitioner and rival groups.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai District, to issue notice to the petitioner, conduct an enquiry after affording an opportunity of personal hearing, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on or before 12.08.2025.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
