[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.] On mentioning, the matter is taken up for hearing today since the daughter of the petitioner been secured and present before this Court.
2. This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue stating that her daughter aged about 18 years 6 months has left the house without any intimation and she apprehends danger to her life.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the daughter of the petitioner has gone on her own without any intimation to her mother to Chennai and she was statying with her friend Priya and now she has been secured. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. The detenue, who is the daughter of the petitioner, and the petitioner present at Public Prosecutor Office and appeared through Video Conferencing. The learned counsel for the petitioner also present. The detenue states that she wants to join her mother and she will not repeat the mistake again. The petitioner/mother also assures that she will not disturbed her continuation of studies.
5. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of. No costs.
