O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining the impugned order of the first respondent in Ni.Ve.Manu/1272 and 1273/2006-07/Sa.Pa, dated 25.08.2021 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has already remitted the entire amount due to the society and that the petitioner as well as her husband were already reported dead and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication this petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would also concede the same.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 27.03.2024 das 2/3
