2.The petitioner has submitted an application seeking plan approval for constructing a commercial building in the petition mentioned site. 3.The respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application and pass a final order, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
