ORDER
Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.
2.The writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to conduct an enquiry to change the E.B. Connection Number - 297 (Door No.220 S.No.220/19B, at Puliyathamman Village, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District and restore the same in the name of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2025. 3.It is noticed that the third respondent has already secured a favourable decree in O.S.No.208 of 2010, wherein, the settlement deed, dated 21.10.2009, has been confirmed.

4.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.208 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sivagangai, which has been confirmed in A.S.No.111 of 2013 on the file of Sub Court, Sivagangai and eventually by this Court in S.A.(MD) No.465 of 2017. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has also moved a Review Application in Rev.Aplc. (MD) SR.No.10563 of 2024.
5.That being the case, there cannot be any positive direction at this stage. The petitioner may approach the respondents, after the aforesaid Review Application numbered and disposed of by this Court. 6.The Writ Petition stands dismissed with such liberty. No costs.
