[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents for issuance of Community Certificate based on the Online application submitted on 15.09.2021 followed by a representation dated 09.11.2021 within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Court. Since no action has been taken pursuant to the Online application, this writ petition has been filed seeking appropriate direction for action on the Online application for issuance of Community Certificate.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that appropriate decision on the application would be taken and that too, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to take a final decision on the Online application submitted by the petitioner on 15.09.2021 followed by the representation dated 09.11.2021.
