The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent/Tahsildar, Madurai North to transfer the patta in the names of Petitioners as per registered sale deed in Document No. 2233/2025, dated 25.3.2025 registered at Pothumbu SubRegistrar's Office within the time limit fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he wants to file fresh Writ Petition challenging the order passed by the Tahsildar, Madurai North, dated 16.7.2025 rejecting the application filed by the Petitioners seeking transfer of patta.

4.Therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed, with liberty to the Petitioners to challenge the order passed by the Tahsildar, Madurai North, rejecting their application, dated 16.7.2025 seeking transfer of patta. No costs.
