COMMON ORDER The Review Petition has been filed to review the order of this Court dated 03.07.2018 made in C.R.P.(MD).No.2262 of 2017, on the file of this Court.

2. The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 21.11.2013 made in Unnumbered E.A., in E.P.No.205 of 2006 in O.S.No.242 of 2002 on the file of 1st Additional Sub Court, Madurai.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that these matters have been rendered infructuous by subsequent events, that the suit in O.S.No. 242 of 2002, filed before the trial Court has already been disposed of. Therefore, there is no reason for further adjudication in these cases.

4. By taking note of the above submissions, Rev.Aplc.(MD) No.85 of 2018, and C.R.P(MD).No.467 of 2014, are dismissed as infructuous, 4/6

without any order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
