The petitioner has come forward with this present habeas corpus petition contending that his wife namely, Thangavelu is missing. The petitioner married the detenue in the year December 2003 and they blessed with two children.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that due to matrimonial dispute, the detenue has left the matrimonial home and she has been secured by the respondent police at Tiruppur. He would further submit that the detenue is willing to go with the petitioner. The detenu also present before this Court through Video Conferencing.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and as there is no illegal detention of the detenue, no further order is required.

4. Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is closed. No costs.
