O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by the Correspondent of an Aided Minority Institution seeking a Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to approve the appointment of one D.John Juliet as Record Clerk, with effect from 23.01.2024.

2. The Management has submitted the proposal for approval to the third respondent on 12.06.2024. Since the third respondent has not passed any order, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above said facts, the third respondent herein is directed to forward the proposal to the second respondent within a period of 2/4

four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
