This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation.

2.The petitioner would allege that the respondent police did not even arrest the accused.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that when the accused obtained anticipatory bail, it is not open to the respondent police to arrest him.
