Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter today (ie., 02.08.2023) under the caption "for dismissal". Despite this review application is listed today (ie., 02.08.2023) under the caption for dismissal,

there is no representation for the petitioner. This being a Special Bench, the Court expect the litigant to be more cautious. However, despite the matter is listed on two occasions, the petitioner is absent. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss this review application for non-prosecution.

2. Accordingly, this Review Application stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
