The petitioner has filed this petition for directing the respondent police to accord protection for removing the petition mentioned encroachment.

2. The petitioner is not having any enforceable decree or order from the jurisdictional Civil Court. Hence, the question of filing a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., does not arise. Leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
