No.10946 of 2021 dated 10.8.2021 in connection with Cr.No.851 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10946 of 2021 on 10.08.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10946 of 2021 on 10.08.2021 is modified https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.10874 of 2021 and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e on the 1st working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
