Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, to direct the respondent to file final report in connection with Crime No.234 of 2024 dated 07.08.2024 on the file of the respondent Police Station. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Moorthy For R1 : Mr.P.Kottaichamy, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) COMMON ORDER The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.235 of 2024. But, he is the accused in Crime No.234 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police for the offence under Section 75(3) of BNS. He has filed these petitions seeking a direction to the respondent Police to conclude the investigation in both the cases and file final report within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that it is a case and counter case. They have completed the investigation in both the cases and they are likely to file the 2/4

final report within a month.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
