ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Crime No.139 of 2022 pending on the file of the second respondent herein to any other competent officer for further investigation.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the second respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, on 14.10.2022. Hence, no further order is necessary in this petition.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Index : Yes/No 16.02.2024 Internet : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No Sji 2/4
