Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to his financial crisis, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.16859 of 2021 dated 01.11.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.10857 of 2021 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 01.11.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16859 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
