PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to expedite the trial in C.C.No. 151 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai within a stipulated time as directed by this Honourable Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the trial in C.C.No. 151 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai to dispose the case pending in C.C.No. 151 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
