ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property comprised in S.No.213/7B at Karuppur Revenue Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District by considering his representation dated 30.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2/6

According to the petitioner, she purchased 36 1⁄2 cents out of 82 cents in S.No.213/7B in the above mentioned village under a registered Sale Deed dated 29.11.2024 from the legal heirs of one Ponnan namely Rajendran, Govindan and Chinnammal. The patta for the subject property stands in the name of the said Ponnan and petitioner in Patta.No.4300. The petitioner submitted an application, seeking survey of the subject property on 16.06.2020 and the same has not been considered. Hence, the representation was submitted on 30.06.2025, before the official respondents. Since there was no response from the official respondents, the petitioner has come before this Court with the above mentioned prayer.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has not filed proper online application and hence, her request has not been considered.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted an online application before the 1st respondent within a 3/6

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of such acknowledgment, the respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the application of the petitioner dated 30.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, her vendors namely Rajendran, Govindan and Chinnammal.

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations and directions. No costs.
