This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for expediting the trial proceedings.

3. In these circumstances, it is not open to the petitioner to straight away invoke the jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioner is permitted to file a fresh petition after six months.

4. With this liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
