ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 408 of IPC, 1860, in 1/3

Cr.No.349 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has earlier been granted anticipatory bail by an order dated 14.12.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.19386 of 2021. Thus, the petitioner has not complied with the primary condition of depositing a sum of Rs.2,70,000/-. Therefore, the said order got expired itself, the petitioner is now filing the second application.

4. In view of the above order which was already granted, the petitioner, who did not file any modification application and also kept quiet, cannot be permitted to move the second application for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
