O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that suspecting involvement of this petitioner in Crime No.57 of 2022, he was called for investigation. After that he was arrayed as second accused. After completion of investigation, Final Report was filed in P.R.C.No. 157 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.

3. It is also informed to the Court that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the matter has become infructuous. There is no question of harassment here. The petitioner has to face the trial before the concerned Court, after committal process is over. Hence, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
