2.Against the dismissal order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, dated 11.08.2023, in Crl.M.P.No.3598 of 2023, only the revision will lie.

3.In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file revision petition before this Court.
