C O M M ON O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed as against the the fair and executable order passed by the learned District Munsif, Bodinayakkanur in I.A.Nos.5 & 6 of 2019 in O.S.No.47 of 2012, dated 17.09.2019.

2.Today(29.08.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Registry has circulated a letter received from the learned District Munsif, Bodinayakkanur stating that the suit in O.S.No.47 pf 2012 has already been disposed of as early as on 31.01.2020 itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing on either side has also confirmed the same.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in these Civil Revision Petitions and accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are 2/4

dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
