[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Declaration to declare that the E-auction held on 16th September 2022 is arbitrary, unreasonable, illegal, void and unsustainable in law.

2. Today, When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Writ Petition may be closed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Debts

Recovery Tribunal.
