ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 to 5 to consider the representation dated 24.9.2019 of the petitioner and to give police protection to her life and limb and to enable her to fence the property in Survey No.268/19 in Soorankottai Village, Ramnad Taluk and District measuring 38 cents as surveyed and demarcated by the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 24.09.2019, the fifth respondent conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as civil in nature. Admittedly suit was filed by one Sabari in O.S.No.139 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram for the very same dispute in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.268 of 2019 situated at Soorankottai Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk and District measuring 38 cents. Further it is also seen that already the petitioner paid requisite fee to survey his land. In this regard, there is dispute and as such counter party namely one Sabari filed the above suit and it is still pending.

3. Therefore till the outcome of the suit, police protection cannot be granted to the petitioner. However the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate petition before the civil court for appropriate relief in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
