The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action on his representation, dated 30.09.2022, seeking to issue legal heirship certificate of his deceased father. 1/3

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the legal heirship certificate, bearing Certificate No.TN-720220803352, dated 19.08.2022, and submitted that the petitioner's application has already been considered and legal heirship certificate has been issued to the petitioner.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
