This petition has been filed seeking orders to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.133 of 2021 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Aranthangi.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the case, the main suit itself has been dismissed for default before the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- 2/4
