ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 9(B)(1)(a) of Indian Explosive Act, in Crime No.186 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of white thread, which is used for making crackers without proper permission. Therefore, the present case came to be registered.
3.This the second anticipatory bail application. Earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.11903 of 2022 was dismissed by this Court on 02.08.2022, on the ground that the petitioner is having previous cases, which are similar in nature and he is a habitual offender. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

No.18100 of 2022 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may impose any stringent condition upon the petitioner. 5.Considering the nature of offence, the petitioner is not entitled for claiming discretionary relief of anticipatory bail. 6.Absolutely, I find no change of circumstance in this petition.
