ORDER
This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8635 of 2025 dated 17.06.2025.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8635 of 2025 dated 17.06.2025 and enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail. He would further submit that due to the health condition of the petitioner, he is unable to execute the surety and surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8635 of 2025 dated 17.06.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
