ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A15 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 23.10.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of IPC @ 147, 148, 341 and 302 of IPC in Crime No.200 of 2021, seeks bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982 on 08.12.2021.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the petitioner is to workout his remedy at the appropriate time.
