ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to survey the property situated in Survey No. 115/4, to the extent of 1 acre 32 cents, situated at Ayan Reddiyapatti Village, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District and by considering her representation dated 23.07.2025.

2. Heard Mr.C.Suresh Kannan, counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate, for the respondents. With the consent of both the counsel, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3. According to the petitioner, the subject property belongs to her father Sundararaj and he died on 07.07.2001 leaving behind the petitioner, her sister and mother as legal representatives. Patta for the subject property jointly stands in the name of all the legal representatives of the petitioner's father Sundararaj in patta No.2327. Therefore, the petitioner submitted an application on 22.07.2025 in Petition No. 2025/0123/26/009563 seeking survey of the subject property. The same

has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. Learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
